Childbirth Classes

This is a great way to prepare for labor and birth. Class consists of a dissemination of information through discussions and exercises. Leaving this class you will be well-informed on the childbirth process. The information will stimulate your thoughts while encouraging you to think through the choices you may have to make for your birth.
