My Background
As a mom who had her two children later in life, I unknowingly provided postpartum doula services to my friends years before I actually got into the profession. Being in this role was so natural and organic that I knew this was the career path I wanted to pursue! From the Certified Postpartum Doula PCD(DONA) role I expanded my education to become a Certified Birth Doula CD(DONA) and received my license to be a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC). Now, I enjoy providing new and experienced moms and families with care and support before and after birth!
My Doula Career
At this point in my career as a doula, I have attended over 100 births throughout the tri-state area, including births of multiples. My belief is that no mother should give birth alone nor should she be unsupported when she comes home with her newborn! I would be honored to provide that support for you!
