CHILDBIRTH CLASSES

This is a great way to prepare for labor and birth. Class consists of a dissemination of information through discussions and exercises. Leaving this class you will be well informed on the childbirth process. The information will stimulate your thoughts while encourage you to think through the choices you may have for your birth.
