Baby Wearing: instruction with wraps, slings, and structured carriers
Spend time with newborn and/or older siblings allowing the family a peaceful rest time
Nursery organization for optimal infant care
Run errands
Light Housekeeping (laundry, dishes and tidying up)
Meal Preparation
Making appropriate referrals when necessary
Reassuring and Confident building conversations
Mothering the Mother
Access to my lending library (books / DVDs)
• Provide a listening ear in an unbiased manner
Birth journal (with 48hr contract)
Evidence based breastfeeding support: latch and positioning
Sibling Care
Accompanying mother and infant to doctor appointments
Unlimited phone and email support
Professional referrals as needed
Daily and Weekly sessions will be scheduled based on individual consultations
Minimum 3 hour session
