  • Nursery organization for optimal infant care

  • Run errands

  • Light Housekeeping (laundry, dishes and tidying up)

  • Meal Preparation

  • Making appropriate referrals when necessary

  • Reassuring and Confident building conversations

  • Mothering the Mother

  • Access to my lending library (books / DVDs)

• Provide a listening ear in an unbiased manner

  • Birth journal (with 48hr contract)

  • Evidence based breastfeeding support: latch and positioning

  • Accompanying mother and infant to doctor appointments

  • Unlimited phone and email support

  • Professional referrals as needed

Daily and Weekly sessions will be scheduled based on individual consultations

Minimum 3 hour session
